Original Sichuan Chili Crisp (XL)

The XL jar is a serious upgrade—I’ve already burned through half of it on eggs and noodles because the crispy bits stay crunchy right to the bottom. That slow numbing heat paired with the salty savory punch is exactly what I hoped for from something made in Chengdu.

The numbing tingle builds slowly after the first bite, then the crispy bits keep me coming back spoonful after spoonful. I’ve already gone through half the XL jar in a week, it’s that savory and intense on plain rice.

This jumbo jar is dangerous in the best way—I've been spooning it onto eggs and rice every day since it arrived. The Sichuan peppercorns give that proper tingly numbness while the crispy bits stay crunchy right to the bottom.
