Original Sichuan Chili Crisp (XL)

This jumbo jar is dangerous in the best way—I've been spooning it onto eggs and rice every day since it arrived. The Sichuan peppercorns give that proper tingly numbness while the crispy bits stay crunchy right to the bottom.

The numbing heat builds just right and lasts through a whole bowl of noodles, and the crispy bits add a nice crunch. Four stars only because the oil separates fast, so you’ve got to stir it every time you scoop.

The XL jar is genuinely huge, so I’ll get a ton of use out of it—the numbing kick and crispy texture are spot-on. Just wish the lid sealed a bit tighter, since I worry about it going stale after all these weeks.
