Pimentas Erjingtiao

These are the first chilis I've bought that actually smell like a Sichuan kitchen, not just generic heat. The fragrance is so intense that a handful in my oil gave everything that restaurant depth. Mild spice means I can use a generous amount without scorching the dish.
